Good News!
The doctor took x-rays today that show her right hip is growing really well, but her left is still a little underdeveloped. We go back in 3 weeks for another x-ray and...

Charlotte's cast comes off ! Only 6 weeks in a cast!

From there she will go into a harness, which I am sure I cannot dislike as much as the cast, although it will still keep her legs in a froggy position. The only reason we went into the cast instead of the harness in the first place is because her tendons needed to be released and her legs had to stay firmly in place while they healed. The harness, unlike the cast, can come off for an hour each day so we can give Charlotte a bath and throw the harness in the wash.
