So, as Charlotte nears the 18 month mark (tomorrow!), she's started saying something that made me kinda sad. For the last six months or so, she's called me "ma-ma" with such flair you might have thought her first language anything but English. Of course, I've loved every minute of it!
Then, the other day, something changed. Suddenly, she started calling me "Mom-mee!" As much as I feel so proud of her each time she learns or does something new, I wish we could slow down time. My Baby Girl is transforming into my Little Girl right before my eyes.
